We manufactue and operate mainly the products and precision elements in LM system applied to the automatic machinery equipments. Our manufactured LM-Shaft and LM-Bearing are as follows: Types of LM-Bearing: LM-UU, LM-UUOP, LMK-UU, LMF-UU, LMH-UU, LM-UUAJ and etc. The quality of the Bearings follows the national standard and all the technical data have reached the international standard. 1、Material： GCr 15 or 9Cr 18 is adopted to the sleeves and rolling bodies of the bearings.The retainers are enginearing plastic number 10 carbon steel or 1Cr 18 Ni9Ti. The value △FW of totally inner tolerence of the ball is 0─ -25μm for general grade and 0─ -11μm for precision grade deperately. 2、The surface hardness of the sleeves and rolling bodies of the bearings have all reached 61-65HRCand the hardness of the rolling bodies has reached 62-66HRC. 3、The roughness Ra of the installation is less than 0.32μm。 4、Deformity magnet of the whole bearing is no more than 0.4-0.8mT. We have also researched and manufactured LM Shafts series besides Bearing ones The quality of the Shafts has reached the leading level in the world through several years of experiment. The technical data are as follows: *Material：GCr 15, High Carbon Chrome Besaring Steel, Martine Stainless steel. *The hardess of the Shaft: The hardness the working surface is ±62HRC（Reference：the depth of the hardness is 0.8-3mm）. *The roughness Ra is less than 0.63μm. *The straightness of working aera is less than 5μm /100mm. *The allowable deviation of general grade is G5. The allowable deviationofof precision grade is H5. *Cylindricity of the shaft is 4-120mm(less than 2.0S).

本公司生产直线圆导轨和直线轴承。直线轴承的类型有LM-UU型、LM-UUOP型、LMK-UU型、LMF-UU型、LMH-UU型、LM-UUAJ型等等。轴承质量均符合国家标准，各项技术指标已达了国际标准。 1、选用的材料：轴承套圈及滚动体采用GCr 15 或9Cr 18，轴承内保持架采用工程塑料10号碳素钢或1Cr 18 Ni9Ti。钢球总体内径公差△FW的数值，普通级是0─ -25μm精密级是0─ -11μm。 2、轴承套圈及滚动体的表面硬度，均达到61-65HRC，滚动体表面硬度均达到62-66H
