Company Profile
Since Jan 1980 when our company was set up, we have grown rapidly in these decades in accordance with our management line “invigorate our factory by science in the basis of good management, and struggle corporately for the promising improvement”. Thanks to our Chinese policy of reforming and opening to the outside, we are one of the largest scale manufactories in Henan Province, specializing in producing the friction balls. In this industry, we have already ranged the top seven companies nationally and are spoken in high praise of advanced unit by local and central government many times. Till now in all of our products ranges there are thirteen specifications regarded as the best quality products in the same field in China. In addition, we also won the second place in the quality comparison of the friction ball organized by the Electromechanical Ministry. Our products are widely used and equipped by over 120 bearing enterprises in China with advantages of high precision, compatible and full-scale ranges.
We are rich in advanced technique and technology, excellent equipment and perfect testing measures. There are three main products:(1) According to ISO standard, we are able to produce “XingCai” bearing friction balls from φ3.000—φ50.8000mm with a annual capacity of 800 million pieces (net weight:3,000 tons) and meet accuracy classes G5,G10, G16, G20 and so on; (2)We produce large and medium size of conical roller fromφ8mm—φ35mm with a capacity of 33,000,000 pieces (net weight 1500 ton) which account for more than 70% of Ⅱ accuracy class. (3) In addition we also provide “HeLe” hot stamping foil with a capacity of 180,000 coils annually. The main ranges are electro-chemical aluminum products, holographic hot stamping foil and etc.
