Ningbo Benlun Bearings Co.,Ltd is a private company who concentrate on producing deep groove ball bearings. Our company is loacted in Cixi city where is the biggest supply basement of ball bearings in China. Currently we occupies a land area of 22,000 square meters inculding 6,800 square meters of construction area; we have totally 185 staff including 35 technicians. Our annually production ability is over 28 million pieces.

We adopted full ranges of first-class production equipments and in spection insreuments from forging bearing rings to finish packed products. Together with the strict carrying out of ISO9001 quality control system, we provide customers with high quality bearings for house hold electric appliance, automobile, motocycle, electric tools, sports appliance and pressed bearings for small and middle size power transmission devices.

We were approved by the foreign trade ministry the right to export bearings since 1996. Since then on, we are deeply involved in "the motion world" because our bearings are used by customers from South America, North America, Europe, south east Asia, and middle east Asia. We will continue offer quallified bearings and best services to our customers.

Si3N4 陶瓷的密度为3.20g/cm3,比轴承钢7.85g/cm3的密度要低许多。因此陶瓷滚动体能有效抑制高速转动产生的离心力，降低滚动体载荷，极大拓展了滚动轴承的应用领域。同时可以减少滚动体与滚道面之间的旋转滑动，可显著提高轴承接触疲劳寿命。因此，混合陶瓷球轴承可用于需要高速运转的领域，例如高速电主轴轴承、机床主轴轴承、牙钻轴承、高速磨头轴承、仪表用轴承、硬盘驱动器轴承等。还能够应用于如旱冰鞋、航模和电动玩具等民用产品

The hybrid ceramic ball bearing developed by Ningbo Benlun Bearing Co., Ltd. features bearing rings made of bearing steel (Gcr15).  The ceramic ball is mainly made of Si3N4, ZrO2, Al2O3, etc.

The density of Si3N4 ceramic is 3.20g/cm3, much lower than that of bearing steel (7.85g/cm3). For this reason, the ceramic rolling element can effectively restrain the centrifugal force generated by high-speed rotation and reduce the load of rolling element, greatly expanding the application of rolling bearings. Meanwhile, it can also reduce the rotational slide between the rolling element and the raceway surface and thus can significantly extend bearing contact fatigue life.  Therefore, ceramic ball bearing can be used in high-speed rotation application, such as high-speed motor spindle bearing, machine spindle bearing, dental drill bearing, high-speed wheel head bearing, instrument bearing and hard drive bearing. It can also be used in civilian products like roller skate, aero-modeling and electric toy.
